I needed a quick at home workout yesterday because the gym was closed because of Memorial Day (so much for being 24/7 365 days a year). I had to be at work extra early (yuck) so I improvised a quick at home workout. I have basic workout equipment at home but I stuck to only using a medicine ball and ab wheel. This is a great at home workout that will get your whole body moving. If you're short on time and looking to squeeze in a workout then this is the workout for you!
