Dannon Light and Fit Chocolate on Top Review

Have you seen the new Dannon Light and Fit Greek chocolate on top yogurts? One of my fellow foodie friends texted me and said I had to to find it and try it. Ironically I had just been at the grocery store and picked one up. Chocolate and sweets are not my thing, but I like to try everything one because why knock it till you try it?

I already like Dannon's Light and Fit Greek yogurts so at the very least I knew the yogurt would be good. The layer of chocolate on top was actually pretty thick and melty, but not in a watery way (if that makes sense).

I mixed the chocolate into the yogurt and it just didn't do anything for me. Granted, I'm not a chocolate/sweet person, but my mom who is a chocoholic loved it. I prefer to have naturally sweet things like fruit in my yogurt, but if you like chocolate then I think this would be a great snack or treat for you. The macros are pretty good too- 11C/1.5F/11P, 100 calories for the container and only 7 grams of sugar.

The chocolate on top greek yogurt comes in 4 flavors: vanilla, strawberry, banana, and cherry. No this is NOT a sponsored post, I simply found this product at the grocery store and wanted to give my honest thoughts about it.

Have you tried one of the chocolate on top yogurts yet? What did you think of it? Have a fantastic Friday!

  1. I LOVED the Cherry Yogurt with the Chocolate on Top. Unfortunately, it is very hard to find. I purchased the last one in the dairy case...so I will have to ask the store to order more. It is simply delicious! YUM!

    1. My mom likes that one too! I'm not a sweet lover so the yogurt was a bit too sweet for me, but I'm glad you liked it! I hope you're able to find it again soon :)

    1. I'm sorry you felt that way! Everyone's tastebuds are different, so what's good to one may not be good for another :)

    1. It's definitely a good way to get your sweet fix! I love that it's greek yogurt too, since you get more protein and it's the perfect single serving size!
