Start the day off right with a healthy breakfast for all day energy. Recently I have been obsessed with oats because there is so much you can do with them.
Here is one of my favorite go to oatmeal recipes:
- 1 cup old fashioned or steel cut oats
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 1/2 small banana, sliced
- 4 strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup dannon light and fit vanilla greek yogurt- for extra protein
I just found your blog and I'm so excited to try many of these recipes. I was not too excited to mix yogurt and oatmeal, but did today and it's phenomenal! I'm mixing up a few batches for my breakfast this week! Thank you for the great ideas!
