Today's lunch was a simple spinach wrap, banana slices with PB2 and a fruit bowl.
Cranberry Turkey Spinach Wrap:
- small organic spinach wrap
- 4 slices oven roasted turkey breast lunchmeat
- 1/2 cup organic spinach
- 3 tomato slices
- 3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon cranberries
Peanut Butter Banana Slices
- 1/2 small banana
- 1.5 tablespoons PB2 powdered peanut butter
- mix PB2 with 1 tablespoon water, add an additional teaspoon of water if still powdery
Very Berry Fruit Bowl
- 4 large strawberries, slices
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup green grapes
I'm off to enjoy the sunshine! Have a wonderful Friday night and get outside and soak up some Vitamin-D!
